One of our historic and most important customers from central Italy, which produces fresh-tasting olives, has applied several pumping stations of the TC.ZV/QS range, for transferring their products along the various phases of the treatment and processing cycle of the same.

Tecnicapompe in collaboration with the TAD division of Procibus - Tecnologie S.r.l. has developed an innovative project for the hydraulic transport of whole and pitted olives of different types and sizes, in the context of a wider plant system for the treatment of the same.

Starting from the raw materials warehouse, after the sorting process, the olives are raised to a height of 8 meters, through a pipeline that runs up to 200 meters in length and connects with the production department, serving various processing tanks. Here the olives are left to rest for the time necessary to stabilize the chemical-physical parameters at the desired values. After the treatment phase, a second pumping station extracts the olives from the hopper and sends them to the packaging line. There are six pumping groups, each of which can extract the product from different hoppers, feeding up to 6 packaging lines at the same time, for a maximum overall production capacity of 60.000 kg/h of transported solid product.
