Several pumping units with propeller impeller of the TC.ZV/QS series have been installed in a company producing canned fruit in syrup, used for the transport by water of 5,000 kg/h of semi-finished peaches with maximum dimensions of about 100mm in diameter , which are introduced into the conveyor system already peeled, cut in half and de-cored.

The adoption of this solution has brought considerable advantages, simplifying installations and improving the transportation processes between different departments: in fact, this new project had to fit into existing plants, therefore with almost minimal interventions on the machines and equipment in service.

Furthermore, the product during transport is protected from external agents as it is conveyed inside closed pipes, which can be easily sanitized using automatic CIP cycles.
