The TAD division comes to South East Asia to provide a definitive solution to the problems of transferring coconuts and exotic fruit in general.

In the case under study we applied a UPB 151 consisting of a receiving tank with a grid discrimination system and complete with level sensors, combined with the TC.ZV-QS 151 for the gentle transfer of the processed product: peeled coconut pieces.

After several metres of stainless steel pipeline, complete with product presence sensors and pneumatic ball valves whose logical handling was developed in-house, the product reaches the sorting line and is first separated from its steering liquid by the separation unit complete with vibrating plate and TC.GA process liquid return.

TAD was chosen because of the possibility of transferring several quintals/h of product via a space-saving, continuous processing plant.
