Located in the south of Chile, on the border with Patagonia, the lake area is the scene of several salmon farms that process the product from fry to sizes up to 5000gr.

Thanks to UPB-SP with 300mm/400mm useful sphere passages, animals are taken from fry and during their development, conveyed to grading machines, vaccination systems, parasite cleaning systems, off-shore cages and salmon processing plants.

Preserving physical integrity and avoiding transfer stress is a prerogative for TAD systems.

The units are constructed of stainless steel, high-strength materials to cope with the harshness of corrosive marine environments, and at the same time, the manufacturing techniques of the units provide for internal cleaning and sanitisation to avoid contamination of the fauna by bacteria, fungi and parasites.
